Raster Sprites for Unseen

I recently got a touchscreen, and I decided that I would do all the art for Unseen with it. While it was a pretty cheap screen (tension-based), and I had to undo all my lines about ten times, I did eventually get some really good art out of it.

I initially used the new Flash CS4 inverse kinematics layers to animate Reana, and I would not recommend that method. It rounded the IK solutions to their nearest integer positions, and had a tendency to either crash or blow up the skeleton and all its associated animations. I eventually gave up, and hand-animated everything, which actually helped to get Reana running at 160px per cycle. Feel free to use it as a reference, if you need a walk cycle animation.

The "shadow" enemies will use the distortion buffer outlined in code>Unseen significantly, so the basic art assets are just silhouettes. They are drawn in two passes: one tinted on the color buffer (so the white areas can smoothly change color and create motion trails), and one on the main buffer that adds a white silhouette over everything.
